Blue Dragon Fish

(I named this after the brand of sauce I used- it's not really made with dragon fish!)

Tonight I made grilled fish with steamed veggies.
I had something like this a couple of weeks ago at Chili's and it seemed simple enough to make at home. A couple of days later we went to World Market to find a good sauce to top the fish. The recipe goes a little something like this:

4 talapia fillets
soy sauce
Blue Dragon Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce

Marinate fish in mixture of soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Grill (I used a grill pan on the stove) about 4 minutes per side, on medium-high heat. Serve with extra dipping sauce.
